Refund policy

At Daily 365, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hannah@daily365.co with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right at no extra cost.
